Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

More than 24 hours before pickup

Full refund of booking amount

8-24 hours before pickup

Refund Amount:

50% refund of booking amount

Cancellation Fee:

50% cancellation fee

Less than 8 hours before pickup

Refund Amount:

No refund

Cancellation Fee:

100% cancellation fee

After pickup time

Refund Amount:

No refund

Cancellation Fee:

Full amount forfeited

Payment & Refund Policy

No Refund After Payment

Once payment is made for your booking, no refunds will be provided under normal circumstances.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, change of plans, or travel restrictions.

The only exception is when we are unable to provide the booked vehicle or arrange a suitable alternative.

Exception: Vehicle Unavailability

If we cannot provide your booked vehicle and are unable to arrange an alternative vehicle of similar or better category, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Hospitalization or medical emergency with valid medical certificate

How to Cancel Your Booking

Online Cancellation

  2. 2Go to "My Bookings" section
  3. 3Select the booking you want to cancel
  4. 4Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm

Important Terms & Conditions

Cancellation requests must be made through official channels (website, app, or customer support).
Refund processing time is 3-5 business days from the date of approved cancellation.
No-show bookings (failure to pick up the vehicle) are considered as cancellations after pickup time.
Infila reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy with 30 days prior notice.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.
