Agreement to Terms
- By accessing or using Infila's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infila
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services
- Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms
Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle
- You must possess a valid driving license for at least 1 year
- You must complete KYC verification with valid documents
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
Our Services
Rental Services
- Self-drive car rental services on hourly, daily, and weekly basis
- Vehicle delivery and pickup services where available
- 24/7 customer support and roadside assistance
- Insurance coverage as per selected protection plans
Service Areas
- Currently available in Hyderabad and Eluru
- Service availability may vary by location and time
- We reserve the right to expand or limit service areas
- Specific pickup and drop-off locations will be communicated after booking
Booking & Reservations
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website or mobile app
- Bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Minimum booking duration is 12 hours for regular rentals
- Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak periods
Booking Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed only after successful payment
- You will receive confirmation via SMS, email, and WhatsApp
- Exact pickup location details will be shared 2 hours before trip
- Any changes to booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance
Payment Terms
Payment Policy
- All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
- Lock-in amount (13% of total) is paid at booking
- Remaining amount is paid at vehicle pickup
Security Deposit
- Security deposit is mandatory for all bookings
- Options: Bike RC document, Laptop deposit, or Cash (₹10,000)
- Security deposit is fully refundable upon safe vehicle return
- Deductions may apply for damages, traffic violations, or fuel shortage
Vehicle Usage & Responsibilities
Driver Requirements
- Only the registered user or authorized additional drivers may drive
- Driver must carry original driving license at all times
- Driver must be sober and follow all traffic rules
- Commercial use of vehicles is strictly prohibited
Vehicle Care
- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and pets are not allowed in vehicles
- Any damages must be reported immediately to customer support
- Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided
Prohibited Activities
- Using vehicle for illegal activities or commercial purposes
- Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
- Modifying or tampering with vehicle systems
- Using vehicle for racing, rallying, or off-road driving
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds after payment confirmation under normal circumstances
- Cancellations allowed only in case of vehicle unavailability from our end
- Full refund provided if we cannot arrange alternative vehicle
- Refund processing takes 3-5 business days
No-Show Policy
- Failure to pickup vehicle within 2 hours of scheduled time
- No refund for no-show bookings
- Booking will be automatically cancelled after 2 hours
- Customer support must be contacted for any delays
Liability & Insurance
Insurance Coverage
- All vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance
- Third-party liability coverage included
- Personal accident cover available with premium protection plan
- Insurance claims are subject to insurance company terms
User Liability
- User is responsible for any traffic violations during rental period
- User liable for damages not covered by insurance
- User responsible for theft or loss of vehicle due to negligence
- Legal proceedings arising from vehicle use are user's responsibility
Privacy & Data Protection
Data Collection
- We collect personal information necessary for service provision
- Location data may be collected during vehicle usage for safety
- Payment information is processed securely through certified gateways
- KYC documents are stored securely and used only for verification
Data Usage
- Personal data used only for service delivery and improvement
- Data may be shared with partners for booking fulfillment
- We do not sell personal information to third parties
- Users can request data deletion by contacting support
Account Termination
Termination by User
- Users can delete their account by contacting customer support
- All pending bookings must be completed or cancelled before termination
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- Some data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes
Termination by Infila
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for terms violation
- Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restriction
- Users will be notified of termination with reasons
Modifications to Terms
Updates to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification
- Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
- Users who disagree with changes may terminate their account
Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, India
- Users agree to binding arbitration for dispute resolution
- Class action lawsuits are not permitted under these terms
Dispute Resolution
- Initial disputes should be reported to customer support
